Umiya Infrastructure.

Our place is called Aatishya 100. It is located right across from Tulsi Status. If you are driving on the S P Ring Road between the Vaishnodevi Circle and the Zundal underpass, you will definitely see us. It is a very busy area with a lot of traffic passing by all day and night. We are just a small group that does infrastructure work and various building projects. We have been around this specific part of the city for quite some time. We do not have a marketing team or a fancy office. It is just a few of us in the small office and the workers out on the various sites. We handle all the problems ourselves. We build mostly residential buildings for local people. It is a lot of work to coordinate everything, especially with the ring road being so busy all the time. Sometimes getting the big trucks in and out of the site is a real pain. But we manage to make it work. We try to be honest with people about how long the building will take. Building something good is not fast if you want to do it the right way. We use simple materials and hire local labor. We know most of the other builders working in this area too. It is a small world here. Our office is not very big, but we are usually out at the site anyway. We don't use any corporate jargon.
