Ganesh Housing Corporation Limited. is located at Malabar County - III, right opposite the Omkara Hostel and near Adani Pratham on the Tragad Village Road. It’s a lively spot with a lot of students and young professionals moving around because of the hostels and new residential blocks. Our days are filled with the usual hustle of managing housing projects. There’s always a lot of movement, whether it’s people coming in to ask about a property or staff heading out to check on a site. The office itself is quite plain, but it serves us well. We’ve got our desks, our files, and a kettle that’s always on the go for tea. Working on Tragad Village Road means we are right in the middle of all the new development, which is exactly where we need to be. We don’t spend much time on fancy branding or making ourselves look bigger than we are. We are just a group of people who know the housing market in this area inside and out. It’s hard work, and sometimes the days are long, but there’s a certain satisfaction in seeing a project go from a plan on a piece of paper to a real place where people live. We just keep our heads down and focus on the task in front of us. It’s how we have always done things around here.
