D B Buildcon

We’ve been working out of this spot near the underbridge on the SP Ring Road for a while now. If you know the stretch from Vaishnodevi Circle over to Zundal Circle, you’ve probably passed by us. It gets pretty dusty out here with all the traffic and the construction going on, but that is just how it is in this part of town. D B Buildcon is mostly just a group of us who know the local land and how things get built around here. We spend a lot of our mornings looking at drawings and then the afternoons are usually spent out on the sites making sure the laborers have what they need. It isn’t always glamorous work. Sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate or a delivery is late, which can be a real headache for everyone involved. We try to just keep things moving along. People stop by the office to ask about plots or how a certain project is coming together. We don't have a big fancy reception area or anything like that. Usually, there is some tea going and someone is on the phone dealing with a supplier. It’s a lot of practical stuff every day. We’ve seen this whole area change so much since the ring road got busy. It used to be a lot quieter, but now there is always something happening. We just do our part in the middle of it all, staying focused on the bricks and mortar. It keeps us busy and out of trouble, mostly.
