You can find Akshar Developers near the Tragad Under Bridge. We are right opposite Samved Sonnet. It’s a growing part of town and we’ve been busy with various development projects around here lately. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place for us to meet and go over plans. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and structural drawings on the big table. Being near the under bridge means it can get a bit loud with the traffic, but we’re used to it by now. We do a lot of land development and building work around this side of the city. We don't use big words or fancy promises. We just look at what needs to be built and we figure out how to do it properly. Sometimes there are delays with materials or labor, which is just part of the job. We try to keep things simple for everyone involved. Most of our clients are local people who know us or have seen what we’ve built nearby. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One day you’re dealing with paperwork, the next you’re out in the mud at a site. It’s not always glamorous, but it’s what we know how to do.
