Torrent Power

You can find us at 5, Aavkar Flat in the Maninagar area of Ahmedabad. It's a decent spot for Torrent Power to be based. We aren't in a big glass tower; we operate right out of this flat. It makes things a bit more personal, I guess. We deal with power issues and billing queries most of the day. Some mornings are really hectic when people have questions about their electricity. We just sit at our desks and try to sort things out one by one. The building is older, but it serves us well enough for what we need to do. Maninagar is a lively part of Ahmedabad, so there is always something going on outside our window. Inside, it’s mostly just the sound of keyboards and the occasional fan humming. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us, the staff, making sure the local power concerns get addressed. We drink a lot of chai and talk about the day's work during breaks. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded with all the files stacked up, but we manage. We aren't trying to be something we're not. We are just a local office handling the power needs for the people around here. It's straightforward work, and we like it that way. We've been at this Aavkar Flat location for a while now and know the neighborhood well.
