Our setup is located in the Mahalaxmi Industrial Estate, which is right near the Cadila Railway Crossing in Vatva. Being on Bombay Conductor Road means we are surrounded by a lot of other industrial businesses, so there is always a lot of noise and trucks moving around. Tocchio Hr Impergnationa Plants Pvt Ltd isn't some glass-fronted office building. It’s a practical workspace where we focus on the plants and the machinery. It can get pretty dusty around here with all the activity, but that’s just part of being in an industrial zone. We spend most of our time on the floor or in the back office handling the technical side of things. We aren't the type of people to wear suits or give long presentations. We prefer to show how things work rather than talk about it. The railway crossing nearby can be a bit of a headache when the trains come through, but we’ve gotten used to the timing over the years. We started this place because we knew the industry and wanted to have our own spot to do things our way. It’s a lot of hard work and the days can be long, especially when we have a big project going on. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just want to make sure the equipment is running right and the customers are satisfied with the results.
