Thermax Engg Cons Compamy Ltd.

Our place is at 21 Amrapali Society on Civil Road in the Nankwada part of Valsad. It’s a nice, quiet society, which is a bit of a change from the busier parts of the district. Thermax Engg Cons Compamy Ltd. is basically run from this address, and it feels quite personal because of the residential setting. We have a couple of rooms converted into workspaces. The walls are a bit plain, maybe with a calendar or a map of the area pinned up. We spend most of our hours here looking at figures and making sure the construction projects are on track. Valsad can be quite rainy during the monsoon, so we’ve had to fix a few leaks here and there over the years. It’s just part of life here. We usually have lunch together in the small back area, talking about family or the latest cricket match. No one is formal here. You might see someone wearing sandals or a simple shirt because comfort is more important than looking like a corporate executive. We know the people in the society, and they know us as the engineering folks. There’s no big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us, some computers, and a lot of phone calls to suppliers and clients. We try to keep things simple and avoid making things more complicated than they need to be. It's a steady rhythm.
