We've been at the same spot in Sanathal for a while now, tucked away in Shree Khodal Estate. If you know the area, it's right behind the hotel. People sometimes have a hard time finding Office No. 1, but once you're on the Sarkhej Bavla Highway, it's pretty straightforward. We do things a bit differently here at The Waxpol Industries Ltd. It's not a fancy office or anything like that. Just a bunch of us working through the day-to-day tasks. Most mornings start with a cup of tea and looking over the lists of what needs doing. It gets dusty outside because of the road, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just focus on the work right in front of us. Some days are busier than others, especially when shipments come in or go out. We've got our routine down. The guys in the back know their stuff. It’s a practical setup. We don't spend much time on decorations or making things look slick. The building is solid enough. We handle whatever comes our way. Sometimes things go wrong, but we fix them and move on. It’s just how it goes here. We've seen a lot of changes on this stretch of highway over the years, but we're still here, doing our thing in Sanathal. It's home for us now. We keep the doors open and the machines running, and that is enough for us most days.
