The Luggage Factory

The Luggage Factory is located at Gf-53 in the Titanium City Center Mall. We are right on that busy 100 Feet Road, specifically Anandnagar Road. It’s quite a contrast because inside the mall it’s all cool and quiet, but as soon as you step out, you’re in the middle of the Satellite area traffic near Sachin Tower and Seema Hall. We have a lot of floor space here, which we need because suitcases take up a lot of room. We spend a lot of time wheeling things around so people can see the different colors and sizes. Most people come in looking for something for a vacation or a business trip. We end up talking a lot about wheels and how they roll on different surfaces. Since we are in a mall, we stay open a bit later than some of the street shops. It can get pretty tiring standing on the tile floor all day, but seeing people find the right bag for their trip is okay. We keep a small toolkit behind the counter because sometimes a wheel needs a bit of oil or a handle is stuck. It’s not a fancy factory, despite the name; it’s just our shop where we sell what we know. The mall is always humming with people, especially on weekends, and we just keep busy with whoever walks through the door.
