The Cheesy Animation Factory

The Cheesy Animation Factory is on the 6th floor of President House. We are located near Ambawadi Circle in Ahmedabad. The building is right opposite C N Vidyalaya, which is a very well-known school here. Ahmedabad has a different pace than Mumbai, but Ambawadi is still a busy junction. Being on the 6th floor gives us a bit of a view of the trees and the traffic below. We do animation work here, which means we spend hours and hours in front of screens making things move. The name might sound a bit funny, but we take the work seriously enough. Our office is full of posters and small toys that people keep on their desks. It’s a creative space, so it’s never really completely tidy. We have a lot of computer towers and cables tucked away. The Gujarat weather can get really hot, so we are thankful for the building's shade. We usually walk down to the circle for snacks or tea during our breaks. It’s a nice neighborhood with a lot of history. We’ve been in President House for quite some time now. Most of us have been working together for years. We don't really have a corporate hierarchy here; everyone just pitches in on the animation projects. It’s a good life in a good city, and we just keep making our animations and enjoying the local food after work.
