Unique Infraspace Pvt Ltd

Unique Infraspace Pvt Ltd is situated at Vrundavan Bunglows-7. We are right opposite Sangrila Bungalows and behind Narayan Palace on that 100 Ft Road in Thaltej. It’s a nice enough area, though it’s gotten a lot busier recently. We operate out of this bungalow, which gives us plenty of space for all our files and the equipment we keep on hand. We are mostly busy with various building projects around this side of town. It’s a lot of coordination. You have to talk to the cement guys, the electricians, and the city people all at once. Some days it feels like we are just chasing our tails, but eventually, buildings go up. We don't have any fancy mission statements. We just show up and do the work that needs doing. Sometimes we make mistakes, but we fix them and move on to the next thing. The people here have been working together for years, so we know each other's habits. We drink a lot of chai and spend way too much time on our phones trying to track down deliveries. That’s just the reality of the construction business in Thaltej. It’s honest work and it keeps the lights on for us. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big office, we just want to get the houses built and keep the clients satisfied with the progress we make. It’s a lot of work but someone has to do it.
