Soham Procon

Our base of operations is over near Shaligram Bunglows. It’s a landmark that most people in this part of the city recognize. Being situated here makes it a lot easier for us to get to our different project sites without too much trouble. Soham Procon isn’t some massive corporation with layers of management and bosses. It is just a few of us who know the building trade inside and out. We spend a huge amount of our time looking at blueprints and talking to various suppliers. It can be a bit chaotic at times. One day the sand doesn't arrive on time, and the next day a machine breaks down right when you need it. You just have to have a thick skin to stay in this business. We don't really do the whole polished corporate thing. Our office usually has papers scattered everywhere and the coffee is almost always cold. But we know where every single file is. We focus on the practical side of building. How thick should this wall be? Is the foundation deep enough for the soil? These are the questions we deal with every single day. We aren't trying to change the whole world. We are just trying to build things that are sturdy and last. People in the neighborhood see us around a lot. We’ve been here long enough that we know the local shops and the people living nearby. It feels like a real community.
