We are tucked away behind Hansvilla Bunglows, specifically at Sub Plot No.1 in the Vastu Oasis area. It’s a bit of a long address to write down, but once you get to Thaltej-hebatpur Road, it isn't too hard to find us. Shiv Developers is based right here in the middle of all the new development going on. There’s a lot of dust and noise around Vastu Buildcon because things are always being built or moved. We spend most of our hours looking at those specific plots, F.p.10 and T.p.39. Our office is more of a workspace where we keep our maps and building permits. It gets a bit cluttered with all the site files and rolls of paper. People usually call us first because finding the exact turn behind the bungalows can be a little tricky for newcomers. We have some basic chairs and a big table for looking at drawings. It’s not air-conditioned in every room, so we keep the windows open when the weather allows it. You can hear the construction crews working nearby most of the day. We’ve been part of this neighborhood's growth for a while now. It’s interesting to see how much has changed on the road to Hebatpur since we first arrived. We just keep our heads down and focus on the current projects we have going. There are no big signs or flashing lights, just a small board so people know they reached the right spot. We drink a lot of coffee and try to stay organized, even when the paperwork piles up on the desks.
