This branch of Sharanya Buildcon is situated near Krishna Bunglows, not too far from the Baghban Party Plot. It’s a recognizable spot for people who live in this side of town. The office isn't very large, but it serves its purpose. We spend a lot of time here coordinating with our crews and making sure materials are where they should be. It can get a bit hectic during the wedding season because of the party plot nearby, but usually, it’s a pretty steady environment. We don't have a lot of corporate hierarchy here. Everyone just chips in where they are needed. Sometimes the boss is out on a site, and sometimes he’s here filing papers like everyone else. We focus on the building side of things. Our desks are covered in lists and schedules. We don't really do the whole polished business thing with fancy brochures. Most of our work comes from people just knowing who we are in the local area. We like the location because it’s easy for our suppliers to find us. The atmosphere is just honest work. We have a small kitchen area where we make our own lunch most days. It’s not a high-pressure corporate office. We just try to stay organized and keep moving forward with the projects we have on our plate. It’s a simple way to spend the workday, and it works well for our group.
