We keep the sprayers in the back of the small white van at 12 Srimad Society near Auda Garden. Every morning we check the schedule to see which part of Thaltej we need to go to first. Usually, it's a lot of driving around the Jeevandeep Circle area because that's where we get the most calls. It's dusty work, and you end up smelling like the chemicals we use, but it's what we do. The office is where we store the big drums of treatment and where the phone rings all day. It's just a regular house, really, nothing special to look at. We often stop by the Amul Parlour near the garden to get a lassi when it gets too hot in the afternoon. People in the society know us well by now because we're always hauling equipment in and out. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls or anything. It's just a couple of desks, a lot of notebooks for the addresses, and our gear. We've been doing this for years, dealing with all sorts of pests from termites to spiders. Some days are longer than others, especially when we find a big problem that takes a lot of time to fix. We just get it done and move on to the next house. It's a steady job that keeps us busy from sunrise to sunset and we try to keep the van organized.
