P V Enclave

We’re located right across the street from Satyam House. It’s a pretty recognizable landmark, so people usually find us without too much trouble. P V Enclave is basically a small team of us working on local building projects. We aren't a giant corporation with layers of management. If you come by the office, you’ll likely talk to the same person who was out at the site earlier that morning. We like it that way because it keeps things simple. Our work involves a lot of coordination with contractors and making sure we have the right materials for whatever we are building. It’s dusty, loud, and sometimes pretty stressful, but we enjoy seeing a project come together from nothing. We don't spend much on advertising or making things look perfect for a catalog. We just focus on the actual construction. Sometimes we fall behind schedule because of the rain or a late delivery, and we just have to work longer hours to catch up. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we do. We’ve been around this neighborhood for a while and have seen it change quite a bit. It’s a good community to be a part of. Most of our clients are local folks who want something reliable. We try to give them exactly that without any unnecessary fluff or complicated contracts. Just straightforward building work by people who live and work right here. That is our whole deal. It works for everyone involved.
