Elegance Developers

We’re tucked away behind Columbia Asia Hospital on Habatpur Road. It’s a busy area because of the hospital, so there’s always cars and people moving around outside our windows. At Elegance Developers, we’ve found this spot works well for us because it’s easy to get onto the main road when we need to head out to a site. Our office is fairly basic. We have a few computers, some old filing cabinets, and a table where we spread out our drawings. It gets a little dusty sometimes because of all the construction nearby, but we don't mind much. We spend most of our hours trying to coordinate with suppliers and making sure the trucks show up on time. It doesn’t always happen like that, but we do what we can. Being on Habatpur Road means we see a lot of the local traffic. We usually keep the windows shut to keep the noise down when we’re on the phone with contractors. It’s just a regular group of people here trying to do a job. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything, just us doing the actual work. It’s a lot of back and forth with the city people and the workers on the ground. Some weeks are more stressful than others, but that’s just how this business goes. We’re just here doing our thing behind the hospital every day, trying to stay on top of the paperwork and the weather.
