Our little office for D K Properties. sits right beside Sahjanand Bunglows. It is a bit of a quieter spot compared to some of the main roads, which we actually quite like. It feels more like a neighborhood here. We spend our time helping people navigate the local property market. It’s not the kind of job where you just sit behind a desk all day. We are often out and about, looking at houses or meeting with owners. We don't have a big staff or a fancy marketing department. It’s just a few of us who know the area well and try to give honest answers when people ask us questions. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit overwhelming, and we might be a little slow to return a call if we’re stuck at a site, but we always get back to everyone eventually. We’ve lived and worked around here for a long time, so we’ve seen how the streets have filled in over the years. We don't try to sugarcoat things; if a place has issues, we’ll probably tell you about them. It’s just easier to be direct with people. Our day usually starts with some coffee and a look at what’s new on the market, and it ends whenever the last person stops by. It’s a simple life and we enjoy the people we meet along the way. We’re just trying to make the process a bit easier for everyone involved.
