Atruboomi Developers is our company, and we’re located right near the Ravija Plaza Complex on the Thaltej-Shilaj Main Road. It’s a busy part of the city, and there’s always something happening right outside our door. We focus on property development and building projects around this side of town. The office isn't very big, and it’s usually filled with blueprints and some samples of tiles or bricks we’re thinking of using. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. We’re more likely to be found in jeans than suits because we spend so much time at construction sites. Our work is pretty straightforward—we find land, plan what to build, and then try to get it done on time. It’s harder than it sounds with all the regulations and weather delays, but we manage. People in Thaltej know us because we’ve been around for a bit. We don't spend a lot on advertising. Most people just see our signs on the main road or hear about us from someone who bought a place we built. We try to keep things honest and tell people exactly what they are getting. No fancy promises that we can't keep. It’s just a local business trying to do good work and stay busy. If you’re passing Ravija Plaza, you can easily spot us. We are usually there unless we are out at a site.
