Our workshop is tucked away in the Allwin Compound, right near the Panchal Industrial Colony on Maheshwari Mills Road. Shahibaug is a busy industrial part of town, and you can definitely tell when you're here. At All Win Aluminium Industries, the main things you’ll notice are the stacks of silver bars and the long frames leaning against the walls. It’s a noisy place. There’s always the sound of a saw cutting through metal or someone hammering a frame into place. We work with a lot of aluminum, making things like window frames and sections for buildings. The air often has a bit of metallic dust in it, so we try to keep the fans going. It’s not a fancy setup. We have our machines, our workbenches, and a small area where we keep the finished pieces ready for pickup. Most of our guys have been doing this for years and can handle the metal without even thinking about it. We don't spend money on glossy brochures. Our work usually speaks for itself when people see the frames we've built for other shops or houses in the neighborhood. It’s hot work, especially in the afternoons, but we’ve got a good rhythm going. We focus on getting the measurements right and making sure everything is sturdy. It’s a dirty, loud, but satisfying job to see something being built from scratch.
