Tata Yazaki Autocomp Ltd.

We’ve been based out of Plot No. A-4 for quite some time now. It’s right in the middle of the Tata Motors Vendor Park at Survey No. 1. Working here means you get used to the heavy trucks rolling by at all hours of the day and night. It’s a noisy place, mostly filled with the sounds of machinery and people moving crates around. We handle a lot of the auto component work that keeps the assembly lines going. The building itself isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space with high ceilings and plenty of workbenches. We have a small crew and most of us have been working together for years. Every morning starts with a cup of tea before we dive into the production schedules. The yard outside can get a bit muddy during the monsoon, but we just keep things moving. We don't have much time for fancy office talk or corporate meetings. It’s more about making sure the wiring and the parts are ready when the trucks come to pick them up. Sometimes the deadlines are tight and we stay late, but that’s just how it goes in the auto industry. You’ll usually see a few of us sitting outside during lunch near the main gate. It’s a practical environment where everyone knows their job and just gets on with it without any fuss. We’ve grown used to the dust and the constant hum of the park.
