Tasha Industries

Tasha Industries. We are located at number 14 in the Shriji Estate, near the Asopalav Hotel in Narol. It’s an industrial area, so it’s dusty and noisy most of the time. We do manufacturing work here. It's a lot of metal and machines. I’ve been working in Narol for a long time, and moved into this estate a few years back. The workshop isn't pretty, but it’s where the work gets done. We have a small crew of workers who know their way around the equipment. Every day is pretty much the same: grease, noise, and making sure the orders are ready on time. Being near the hotel makes it easy for people to find us, though the trucks often block the entrance to the estate. We don’t have a front office with a receptionist. Usually, I’m the one answering the phone or checking the gauges. It’s honest work. We make parts that other people use in their bigger machines. We don't spend money on fancy signs or advertising. Word of mouth in the estate is usually enough to keep us busy. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to sit and wait, but otherwise, we’re always moving. It’s a tough environment, but we’ve built a life here. We often eat lunch together on the small bench outside when the sun isn't too hot. It is a simple life of making things that people actually use.
