Our business, Talank Tradex Private Limited, is situated right in the heart of Ahmedabad. We are at 468 Sarvodya Commercial Centre, which is on Salapose Road. The easiest way to find us is to look for the GPO, as we are right opposite to it. Being so close to the main post office means there’s always a lot of activity and people rushing around with mail and packages. Salapose Road is one of those old-school Ahmedabad streets where everything feels very close together. The Sarvodya building has been around for a while, so it has those old stairs and thick walls that you don’t see in the newer developments. Our office is a straightforward trading space. We have plenty of files and a few computers to keep track of our trades. It gets quite noisy during the day with all the vehicles and the general hustle of the market nearby, but we’ve grown to enjoy that energy. We often get our tea from a vendor who comes by the building twice a day. There isn't anything corporate or polished about our setup; it’s just a functional office where real work gets done. We handle our paperwork, talk to our contacts, and keep things moving. It’s a very practical way to run a business, and being in such a central location makes it easy to stay connected to the rest of the city.
