Swastikmanav Buildspace Llp is based in the Motera area of Ahmedabad. We are located on the 4th floor of Balaji Mol, which is Office 406. It is a pretty easy place to find because we are right near the Dmart showroom and not far from the Vishwa Karma Mandir. Being in Motera means we see a lot of the new development happening in this part of town. Our office is a place where we sit down to figure out the building plans and talk to the site supervisors. It gets pretty busy around here, especially with the shopping traffic nearby. We are just a group of people trying to build decent spaces for folks to use. Most of our time is spent looking at budgets and making sure the materials arrive on time. It is not a glamorous job and there is a lot of paperwork that comes with construction. We have been working from this office for a bit and it feels like home now. You can usually find one of us here late in the evening trying to finish up the day’s tasks. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do, we just build things. The mall is a convenient spot for us and it makes it easy for people to drop by. We just take it one project at a time and try to stay on top of everything. It is a lot of work but we enjoy seeing the buildings go up one by one around here.
