Suzlon Structures Ltd. is based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. We are over at 16, Nilmani Tenaments. It’s right opposite the Sarthi Raw House and near the Sterling Hospital. Being near a big hospital like Sterling makes it easy for people to find us. Ahmedabad is a very busy city and our area is no different. There’s always the sound of traffic and people moving about. Our place is part of a tenement so it feels more like a home than a cold office building. We like it that way because it’s more relaxed. We handle structures and that keeps our hands full most weeks. We aren't the type to wear suits and give big presentations. We’d rather be out looking at a project or fixing a problem. The office is usually filled with rolls of paper and various bits of equipment. We have been here for quite some time now and we know all the tea sellers and shopkeepers nearby. It’s a good community to be part of. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks. We just tell people where we are and what we do. It’s honest work and we take it one day at a time. The weather gets really hot here in the summer so we try to get most of the outdoor stuff done early in the day. It’s just how we operate, and we’re happy to keep it that way for the long run.
