Sushrut Clinic

Our clinic is on the second floor of the Capital Commercial Center, in unit E-3. It’s a big building near the Sanyas Ashram and the Nehru Bridge. Ashram Road is always busy, no matter what time of day it is. You can hear the traffic from the windows, but it’s more like a dull hum up here on the second floor. Being near the bridge makes it a landmark, so people don't usually get lost. The commercial center has a lot of other offices, so there’s a lot of coming and going in the elevators. We’ve been in this unit for several years. It’s not a huge space, but we’ve organized it to fit everything we need. There’s a small desk at the front and then the consultation rooms. We don't have fancy decorations, just some plain curtains and chairs that are comfortable enough. The light in the hallway is sometimes a bit dim, but we keep our place bright. It’s a very practical location for a clinic because of all the bus routes that pass by the Ashram. We see people from all over the city who take the bus to Nehru Bridge and then walk over. It’s a bit of a climb if the elevator is acting up, but most people don't mind too much. We just focus on our work and keep things moving along steadily every day.
