Our office is in Block-101 at the Shivalik Business Centre, which is right across from the Kensville Golf Academy on Rajpath Rangoli Road. Bodakdev is a busy area, and being in a business center means we are surrounded by all kinds of different companies and people. It is a bit more formal than a street-side shop, but we still keep things pretty low-key inside. We do not have a lot of bells and whistles in our office. It is just a place where we sit down and get to work on our property projects. We spend a lot of our time coordinating with different people and checking on the progress of various sites. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic with all the phone calls and meetings, but we try to keep a calm head. Even though we are right across from the golf academy, none of us really have time to go over there. We are usually too busy looking at maps and construction reports. We do not believe in using complicated marketing talk. We just explain things in plain English so everyone knows what is going on. We have seen a lot of growth along Rajpath Rangoli Road over the years and it is interesting to be right in the middle of it. We are just a group of people working hard to make sure our projects turn out right. It is not always perfect, but we do our best every day.
