Our office is in Loha Bhavan, room 512, right across from the Old High Court on Ashram Road. It’s a pretty central spot, so there is always a lot of traffic and people moving about outside. We spend our days looking at packaging designs and figuring out how to make things work better for different products. We aren't a huge factory; it is more about the planning and the consulting side of things. People come to us when they have a product but aren't sure how to pack it for shipping or for the store shelves. The building itself is an older one, so the elevators can be a bit slow some days. Inside our space, we have lots of samples of boxes and materials scattered around. It looks a bit messy to an outsider, but we know where everything is. We talk to suppliers and manufacturers to help our clients get what they need. Ashram Road is always busy, so if you're coming to see us, give yourself some extra time for parking. We don't have a flashy website or a big sales team. Usually, it’s just us answering the phone and sitting at the desks going through specs. We try to be practical about things. If a material is too expensive or won't work, we just say so. It’s a straightforward way to do business and it keeps things clear for everyone involved. We just take it case by case.
