Sunder Balan

Sunder Balan is over at 605 Suyojan in Milan Park. This is in the Navrangpura area, specifically on Sec Chhatralaya Marg. A good way to find us is to look for the President Hotel, since we are quite near there. The building, Suyojan, is a decent place to work from. We are on the sixth floor, in unit 605. Navrangpura is a central part of the city, so there is always a lot going on around us. Milan Park is a bit quieter than the main roads, which is nice. We have been here at Sunder Balan for a while. The office is just a regular room with a few desks and some chairs. We don't have any big brochures or promotional things laying around. It is just a place for work. Being near the President Hotel makes it easy to give directions to people. Sec Chhatralaya Marg can get a bit crowded with parked cars, but we usually find a spot. We don't have any fancy mission or vision statements. We just show up and do what needs to be done. The sixth floor is high enough to get away from some of the street dust. We are just a normal office in a normal building. Every morning we open up, and every evening we lock up. It is a very plain and simple way to run things. We are just another business in the Navrangpura neighborhood.
