The shop is located in Maninagar, and we have been in this same spot for a while now. Maninagar is a busy place, so there is always something going on outside the door. Most days start with me turning on all the lights and checking the printers to see if they need ink or if the paper is jammed again. It’s a lot of technical stuff that people don't really see. We have cameras sitting around and various lenses that need cleaning constantly because of the dust. People come in for all sorts of things, sometimes just a quick photo for a form or something more involved. I spend a lot of my time behind the counter or staring at a screen. The air conditioner makes a weird clicking sound in the afternoons, but we just got used to it. It’s not a very big space, so it gets crowded quickly if more than three people walk in at once. We have samples of work on the walls, but they’ve been there so long the edges are starting to curl a bit. It’s just a normal workplace where we deal with a lot of files and memory cards. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to sit and wait for it to come back on before we can finish anything. It keeps things interesting, I guess. It is a steady rhythm of work here in Maninagar.
