Sumo Products (India)

You can find us over on Krishna Nagarroad, right behind Bharat Building Materials and near the Bharat Bakery. New Vadaj is a busy part of town, and our spot is a bit hidden if you don't know where to look. We go by the name Sumo Products, and we have been in this same building for years. It is a practical setup for manufacturing. We don't have a fancy entrance or a lobby with chairs. You just come in through the main gate and you are in the middle of where the stuff gets made. It is often loud because of the machinery we use. The smell of the bakery next door is one of the best things about working here in the mornings. We handle the production and the packing right here on the floor. It is a lot of manual work and we stay on our feet most of the day. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time getting into the narrow space behind the building, which can cause a bit of a delay. We don't have a big team, just a few local guys who know the machines inside and out. We aren't big on talking ourselves up. We just make the products and send them out. It’s a steady job and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Most people find us through the neighbors or just by walking past the bakery.
