Subhm Polyplast

Our place is Shed No-1 in the Ravi Estate. It’s over in Santej, right near the Kothari Char Rasta. If you’re driving by, we’re the one opposite Trio. It’s a busy intersection and there’s always something happening outside. We work with plastics, which means the machines are usually running most of the day. It gets warm inside the shed, especially during the afternoons, but we have our setup and it works for us. The estate is filled with other small factories, so there’s a real sense of being in a hub of production. We handle a lot of different polyplast materials and keep them stacked up ready for whoever needs them. It’s not a polished showroom or anything like that. It’s a working factory floor where things get a bit messy from time to time. We’ve been here long enough that the local transport guys know exactly where to pull in. We usually have tea at the same time every day and talk about what needs to get finished before the sun goes down. It’s a simple operation really. No corporate layers, just us and the machines and the daily grind of making things. We try to keep things organized but in a place like this, there’s always a bit of chaos with the raw materials coming in. That’s just the way it goes when you’re actually making things. We have a solid routine that keeps us going through the busy weeks.
