Specific Construction Company

Specific Construction Company is based out of Avanti Habitat, which is near Navarojee Hall in the Shahibaug area of Ahmedabad. It is more of a residential setup where we handle all the business side of things. Construction is a messy business with a lot of mud and dust, so having the office here at D-9 helps keep the paperwork clean. We spend most of our time out at different sites across the city checking on how the walls are going up or if the materials arrived on time. Ahmedabad is constantly building something new so there is never a dull moment for us. When we are back at the office, it is mostly about answering emails and talking to the site supervisors on the phone. We are just a small group of people who like building things. We don't have a big corporate headquarters with a fountain in front. It is just a practical space where we can sit down and look at blueprints. Sometimes we have meetings at the dining table because it is easier that way. We've been working in this field for quite a while and we know how many things can go wrong on a job site, so we just try to stay on top of the details. It is hard work and the days are long, but seeing a project get finished is a good feeling. We just keep our heads down and get the work done as best as we can.
