We’ve been here at 6/A Tulsipark Society in Ahmedabad for a bit now. It’s a busy spot near Arbudanagar. Dealing with logistics isn't always easy, but it’s what we do every day. Most of the time, we’re just focusing on getting things from one place to another without making a mess of it. Moving stuff around Gujarat involves a lot of phone calls and checking on trucks. Sometimes things go smooth, other times there’s traffic or a delay, but that’s just how this business works. We keep our office simple. It’s not fancy or anything like that. People drop by, we talk about the routes, and we figure out the schedules. It’s mostly just paperwork and coordination. Being in this part of Ahmedabad means we’re close to the action, which helps when things get hectic. We started out small and stayed that way mostly. There's a lot of noise outside from the traffic, but inside we just try to keep things organized. If you’re looking for the place, it’s right near the landmark, can’t really miss the sign. We don't spend much time on fancy websites or big ads. It's just us here, working through the manifests and making sure the drivers know where they are headed next. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we usually have the fans going full blast while we sort out the local deliveries. That’s pretty much the daily routine for us at Spear Logistics.
