Span Assciates

Our office is located at number 11 in Chandrashila Society. It’s a familiar part of Ahmedabad for us. Being in a society means we have to keep things relatively quiet, which suits the kind of work Span Assciates does. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of people. Instead, it’s just a small group of us trying to keep things organized. The commute through Ahmedabad traffic can be a bit of a headache some mornings, but once we’re at the desk, it’s fine. We’ve been in this spot for a decent amount of time. The rooms are filled with files and old notebooks that we still use because they work better than digital stuff sometimes. We take our lunch breaks together mostly. You get used to the sounds of the neighborhood after a while. We handle a variety of local projects and people know they can just ring the bell if they need to talk to us about something. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or anything like that. You just walk in and talk to whoever is available at the moment. Dealing with the heat in Gujarat is part of the daily routine, so the fans are always going. We just keep our heads down and do what needs doing day in and day out. Sometimes we stay late when a project gets complicated, but we don't mind. It's just part of the job here in Ahmedabad, and we like the stability of our little office.
