You can find us over in the Tapovan area, specifically on Safal Parisar Road. We are right across from the Bhagwat Bunglows. It’s a nice part of town, and we’ve been working out of here for a bit now. P10 Developers isn't some high-rise office with a bunch of people in suits. We’re more of a boots-on-the-ground kind of operation. Most days we are wearing jeans and work boots because we spend as much time at our project sites as we do at our desks. We take on various residential projects around this side of the city. Construction is a tough business with a lot of moving parts, and we do our best to keep everything moving in the right direction. We don't always get it perfect—there are days when the weather shuts us down or a truck breaks down—but we always make sure the job gets finished. We don’t go in for flashy marketing. We figure if we build something decent, people will notice. A lot of our business is just word of mouth from people who live in the nearby bunglows or apartments. We like the direct approach. If there is a problem, we talk about it and find a way to fix it. There’s no point in hiding behind corporate jargon. We’re just local builders trying to make a living and provide some good housing options for people in our area. It keeps us busy and out of trouble.
