Un Builders Group

We are located at aarvi 156, which is right near Safal Parisar 1. It is a good spot in a neighborhood that is really growing fast. We are a small group of builders. We do not have a big, fancy headquarters with a receptionist. It is just a very simple office where we get our paperwork done. We spend almost all of our time out where the actual building is happening. We like to see the daily progress with our own eyes. We build homes for regular families. We don't use any expensive marketing or put up big billboards around the city. Most people find out about us because they already live nearby or their friends told them about the work we do. We try to keep our own costs down so that the homes we build are actually affordable for people. It is a lot of work managing the different crews and making sure the materials like bricks and cement arrive when they are supposed to. Sometimes things go wrong, like a machine breaks down or it rains for a week straight and we can't work. We just deal with those problems and keep moving. We are not corporate people at all. We are just local guys who know how to build houses. Our office at aarvi 156 is where we keep all our drawings and meet with people. It is nothing special, just some desks and some chairs.
