Build Art Developers Llp operates out of the Garden Bungalow area, right behind Chitvan. It is a bit tucked away, which we actually prefer compared to being on a main noisy street. We’ve been set up here for a while, and it’s a comfortable place to get our work done. We aren't one of those big firms that tries to impress everyone with fancy offices or polished talk. We’re just a local developer team trying to do things the right way. Most of our day is spent at our desks or out at sites, but Garden Bungalow is where everything starts. It’s a practical location for us. Being behind Chitvan makes it easy to give directions to people who haven't visited us before. We don’t have any grand slogans or complicated ways of working. We just keep it simple and honest. Sometimes things get busy and the office is a bit of a mess with papers and plans, but that’s just how a real office looks. We like being part of this community. It feels more like a neighborhood than a business district. We’re just regular people working in construction and development, trying to stay busy and do a decent job.
