Aaryan Infrabuild Private Limited

We at Aaryan Infrabuild Private Limited operate out of Shivam Bunglow 2. It’s right across from Amramanjari Bunglow, so we are basically in a residential area rather than a big office tower. It’s a different kind of feeling working out of a bungalow. It feels a lot more personal and quiet than those glass buildings you see downtown. We have some trees around and the neighbors are mostly just families going about their business. It’s a nice change of pace. We don't really do the whole corporate polish thing here. Our office is just a converted space where we handle our developer business. No one is wearing fancy suits or giving big presentations about missions and visions. We just talk about projects and get the paperwork sorted. Sometimes you can hear the birds or the sound of someone’s car in the driveway across the street. It’s very relaxed in that sense, though we still keep busy with all the work that comes in. Being in Shivam Bunglow 2 gives us a bit of a local identity. People in the neighborhood know us as the folks working in the bungalow. It’s an honest way to work, staying close to the ground and not getting caught up in all that corporate noise. We like the simplicity of it and being across from Amramanjari Bunglow makes it easy for people to find our door.
