This part of Ahmedabad is usually quite busy with people moving around. Our office is a practical spot. We don't have any flashy signs or neon lights. It’s just a place where we get work done. We handle a lot of tile inquiries. Dealing with ceramics means you always have a little bit of grit on your hands. It’s a physical business. We spend time checking the quality of the shipments. If something is chipped, it’s a headache, so we stay vigilant. Satellite Road is a good location, though parking can be a bit of a nightmare during peak hours. We have a few desks and a lot of samples leaning against the walls. We don't use any fancy sales tactics. People come in, they look at the tiles, and we tell them the price. It’s very straightforward. We’ve been at Anupam Society for a while now. The regulars know us by name. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy. It’s just us working together to keep the business moving. The days go by fast when you’re busy. We just keep our heads down and focus on the tasks at hand. It might get a bit loud with the traffic outside, but we just shut the door and get back to counting boxes.
