We are located on the third floor of B. Jadav Chambers. If you know Ashram Road, you know it gets pretty busy during the day. We are right above Sales India, which is a good landmark because everyone knows where that is. It’s a bit of a climb up to No. 5 and 6, but we are here most days from the morning until the evening. We deal with biomedical stuff, mostly for hospitals and labs around the country. Our office isn't anything fancy to look at. There are desks, files, and some samples of what we handle scattered around. Sometimes the lift works and sometimes you just take the stairs because it’s faster. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working through paperwork. The staff here has been around for a while, so we know the routine. It can get loud with the traffic outside on the road, but we just get on with it. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a place where we do our work and try to keep things organized. If you drop by, you’ll probably see us checking lists or packing things up. We started this branch in India to handle the local demand. It is a practical office for practical people. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big signs, just making sure the biomedical equipment gets where it needs to go.
