Working out of Plot No. 3322Gidc in Phase Iv of Vatva definitely keeps you on your toes. Solar Products is situated right in the middle of this industrial zone, so it is all about warehouses and manufacturing units around here. The dust and the heat are just part of the daily routine when you are in Vatva. Our plot is a fairly large space because we need the room for all the equipment and the goods we produce. It is not the kind of place you would come for a casual visit; it is a working site through and through. The roar of machines and the smell of raw materials are always present from the moment we open the gates in the morning. We have a crew that is used to the heavy lifting and the long hours that come with production work. There is a small office section where we handle the billing and the logistics, but most of the action happens on the floor. We do not spend money on fancy signs or landscaping because that is not what we are about. We are about getting the products made and loaded onto the trucks that line up outside every afternoon. It can be exhausting when the orders pile up, but there is a certain satisfaction in seeing the day’s work finally head out the gate. We take our lunch breaks under the shade when we can find it, then it is back to the grind before the evening shift starts.
