Surya Buildcon

Our office is over at Vrundavan Bungalow-9. It’s pretty easy to find if you’re near Sahajanand Villa, since we’re right across from there. Divine Hi Land is just behind us. We’ve been operating Surya Buildcon from this spot for a bit. It feels more like a home than an office, which suits us just fine. We don't have a big receptionist or a glossy lobby. It’s mostly just desks, some blueprints, and a lot of coffee cups. We spend our days looking at maps and talking to contractors. Sometimes it gets loud when everyone is on the phone at once. We started this because we liked the idea of making homes for people in this neighborhood. We grew up around here, so we know the ground well. Dealing with construction is never simple, there's always something. A delivery is late or the weather turns bad, but we just keep at it. If you’re walking past Sahajanand Villa, you’ll see our gate. Come in and say hello. We usually have someone here who can explain what we’re currently working on. It’s not a huge operation, just a handful of us trying to do right by the folks who hire us. No fancy speeches or anything, we just build. Living and working in the same general area means we see the same faces every morning. It makes the work feel more personal. We aren't some distant company. We're right here in Vrundavan. Sometimes we have to move the cars around to make room for a delivery, which can be a bit of a headache.
