You can find us at Sumukh Builder right beside Ugti Lake View on Science City Road. It’s a nice area to work in, especially with the lake right there. The breeze coming off the water sometimes makes its way to our office, which is a welcome break from the heat. We spend a lot of our time here looking at blueprints and talking to contractors. Science City Road is always developing, so there is always something going on around us. Our office isn't anything elaborate. It's just a functional space where we handle the building business. We started this because we liked seeing projects come to life, from just an idea on paper to a real structure. We’ve got a small crew, and we all pitch in where needed. You won't find any slick salespeople here, just people who know about construction. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty from the nearby work, but that's part of the job. We like being near the lake because it's a bit of a landmark for people who aren't familiar with this side of town. We’ve been on Science City Road for a good while now. It feels like we belong to this neighborhood. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just build things and try to make sure they stay standing. It's honest work and we're glad to be doing it from this spot. Usually, there's a bit of tea going around if you drop by.
