Shreeji Projects

Shivam Homes is where we have our office, right near Gsc Bank and that busy Kargil Petrop Pump. You’ve probably seen the sign for Shreeji Projects if you’ve been around here. It gets really loud during the day because of all the traffic going to the pump, but we don't mind. We spend most of our time looking over site plans and making sure the guys at the construction sites have what they need. It’s a lot of mundane work, like checking on cement loads and making sure the water supply is okay. We’ve been at this for a while, and we don't feel the need to act like some giant corporation. We’re just a small crew trying to get projects finished on time. Sometimes there are delays, which happens in this business more than we’d like. Maybe a truck breaks down or the rain stops us from pouring concrete. We just deal with it and move forward. When people come to see us, we sit in the small office and just talk about what’s possible. No fancy presentations or big promises. We just like to keep things grounded and practical. It’s hard work, and the days can be really long, but seeing a building actually get finished is a good feeling. We just keep our heads down and do the job day after day.
