Our office for Shiven Developers is located right by the Bandhan Party Plot. We are directly opposite Shapath Hexa, so it is a very busy and easy-to-find spot. We have been working from this location for quite a while now. Being a developer means we are always looking at how to use space and get things built. It's a lot of back and forth between the office and the different sites we have going. We aren't the type to use a lot of marketing talk. We’d rather just show you what we’ve built. The area near Shapath Hexa is always full of life, which keeps us on our toes. We spend our time managing the details that go into a new project. It’s not just about the big picture, but also about the small things that can go wrong if you aren't paying attention. We’ve had our fair share of long nights and tough days, but that is part of the deal when you are in development. We keep our team small so we can stay on top of everything. Most people who come to see us are looking for something practical and straightforward. We try to provide that without any extra fluff. If you are near the party plot, you can't miss us. We are usually in there working on the next set of plans or talking to someone about a site. We just keep at it day by day.
