You can find Shilp Associates near Shukan Mall on Science City Road. Being so close to the mall means there is always something going on nearby, especially during the festivals when the whole street is lit up. Our office is a simple space where we handle the planning and management of our architectural and construction work. We have been in this location for a while, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change from mostly empty plots to a bustling commercial hub. Inside our office, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of rolled-up drawings in the corners. We aren't the type of people who spend a lot on fancy furniture; we’d rather put that money into the projects we are working on. Our team is pretty tight-knit, and we’ve all known each other for years. We usually start the day with a quick chat about what needs to be done and then we just get to it. Sometimes we have to head out to the sites to check on the foundation or the framing, and that can take up most of the afternoon. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we mostly rely on our reputation and people seeing our signs at the work sites. It’s a practical way to run a business, and it seems to work for us. We just keep doing our jobs and hope the weather stays clear for the outdoor work.
