Our company is Sahjanand Capital Buildtech Llp and we are located right on Science City Road. We have been working in this area for a while now, focusing on the planning and the construction side of things. Science City Road has changed so much since we first started out here; it used to be much quieter than it is today. Now, it’s a main hub with lots of new projects going up all the time. We try to keep our operations pretty simple. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture in the office, just the stuff we need to get through the day. We spend a lot of time talking to bankers and engineers, trying to make sure the money and the materials are all lined up properly. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we have a good team that knows how to handle the stress. We don't talk much about our values or our vision because we think the work should just speak for itself. If a building is good, people will know. We are just local residents who want to see our neighborhood do well. Sometimes the days are long and the problems are many, but that is just how the building trade goes. We don't make any big promises, we just do our best to stay on schedule and keep things moving forward one day at a time.
