New Horizone Developers. is based near the Sola Flyover. We are located just off the S G Highway and right across from the HCG Hospital. It is a very busy part of the city and there is always a lot of noise from the cars going over the flyover. We’ve been in this office for a while now. It’s a convenient spot because almost everyone knows the hospital landmark. Our daily routine involves a lot of sitting in the office and dealing with the various details of our development projects. We aren't a big, polished company with a lot of fancy branding. We are just a local team doing our job. The office is usually full of maps and blueprints lying around on the tables. Sometimes we go out to the sites, but a lot of the work happens right here at our desks. The heat can get a bit much in the summers, so we keep the fans running all day long. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. It’s just about getting the paperwork signed and the plans approved. People stop by quite often because they see our sign from the road. We try to be helpful and just give it to them straight. Working near the highway means we see the city growing every single day right outside our door. It’s a fast-paced area but we try to keep our work steady and focused.
