Our office is located right near Zydus Hospital. It's a busy area, which is good because there is always something going on. Kaushalya Infra Developers is just a group of people who know how to build things. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and talking to contractors. Sometimes things go according to plan and sometimes they don't, but we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't a huge corporation with a thousand employees. We're just local. You might see us grabbing tea nearby or heading out to a job site in the morning. Building infrastructure takes time and a lot of patience. We have to coordinate with different crews and make sure materials arrive when they're supposed to. It’s not always pretty. There’s mud and noise and plenty of stress, but that is the nature of construction work in this city. We’ve been around this part of town for a bit and people know us by word of mouth mostly. We don't have a glossy brochure. We just have our history of finishing projects. The location near the hospital makes it easy for people to find us if they need to stop by. If you’re in the neighborhood, you’ll see our sign. We keep things pretty simple here. Just work, coffee, and trying to stay on schedule. It’s what we do every day and we plan to keep doing it for a long time.
